Our Home-Made Sauces;

Verde Sauce | A Medium spicy, slightly tangy sauce made from roasted tomatillos, poblanos, serranos, and reduced in chicken broth and caramelized onions.

Red Sauce | A mild very traditional authentic enchilada sauce made from roasted guajillo peppers, other spices, and beef broth for added depth and boldness.

Ranchera Sauce | A Medium spicy, chunky sauce made with two kinds of roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, serrano peppers, and other spices all reduced together in chicken broth.

Mole Sauce | A medium dark and spicy mole that combines a multitude of spices, sesame seeds, and toasted bread for that rich, earthy flavor expected in a mole.

Poblano sauce | A thin, delicate, simple sauce that captures the true essence of roasted poblanos from which it is made.

Chipotle Sauce | A very spicy, bold, smoky sauce combining more than seven ingredients and chicken broth to fire-up your palate.
